With a strong background in both real estate and construction, Shachne started his career as a Site Manager in Brooklyn in 2015 and quickly moved up the ranks to Project Manager, overseeing large-scale projects. In 2021, he broadened his expertise by taking on an operations role at a real estate management company, before joining Blue Sky in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer.
Known for his dedication and hands-on approach, Shachne is a true team player who does whatever it takes to help the company succeed. His ability to streamline operations and tackle challenges head-on is a big part of what keeps Blue Sky moving forward.
Meir has a passion for finance and a solid track record in equity investments and insurance. Before joining Blue Sky, he ran Prosper Capital, an investment advisory firm, where he helped clients navigate their investment needs. He also worked with clients on life insurance and estate planning at a boutique insurance agency, expanding his comprehensive financial expertise.
As CFO at Blue Sky, Meir oversees all financial activity and is responsible for budget planning and forecasts, making sure the company stays on top of its numbers. His sharp understanding of finance and investment analysis ensures the company is always on track for success.
Chaim has a deep understanding of preconstruction planning, overseeing everything from zoning and architectural plans to permits and approvals. He takes projects from concept to construction-ready, ensuring every detail is in place before breaking ground.
