Shachne Rabi

Shachne Rabi is the backbone of Blue Sky’s operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. With a strong background in both real estate and construction, Shachne started his career as a Site Manager in Brooklyn in 2015 and quickly moved up the ranks to Project Manager, overseeing large-scale projects. In 2021, he broadened his expertise by taking on an operations role at a real estate management company, before joining Blue Sky in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer. Known for his dedication and hands-on approach, Shachne is a true team player who does whatever it takes to help the company succeed. His ability to streamline operations and tackle challenges head-on is a big part of what keeps Blue Sky moving forward.
